Our client, the thriving NYC office of a top Am Law 50 law firm, has an immediate need for a Spanish-speaking corporate associate to join the firm’s busy and decorated Corporate and LatAm practice groups.
The winning candidate will have the opportunity to represent leading PE funds and their portfolio companies (as well as other public and private company clients) in a wide range of corporate transactions, including domestic and cross-border (primarily in LatAm) M&A, recapitalizations, leveraged buyouts, restructurings, joint ventures, growth equity investments, and other corporate transactional matters.
English and Spanish speaking and drafting fluency are also requirements for this position.
