Biglaw money is all around us! It’s the most wonderful time of the year in Biglaw, and that means year-end bonuses are making the rounds.
Arnold & Porter, which took in $1,033,000,000 in gross revenue last year making it #46 on the Am Law 100, announced its year-end bonuses. As expected, the firm matched the prevailing market rate for most associates — with extra cash for those that billed a bunch this year.
The bonus grid at the firm is as follows:
On top of these bonus numbers, associates that billed 2,600+ hours will get a 20% bump, 2,500-2,599 hours will get you an additional 15% and 2,400-2499 hours will net you 10% more.
