Getting people to come back in the office is continuing to be a challenge. The real question is: do we lay down the law? Or is the cost of doing that not worth the price we will pay?

Many firms have implemented policies mandating three days of in-person work per week, and several have enforced those guidelines by tying bonuses and continued employment to office attendance.
