The Trademark Trial and Appeal Board granted singer Lizzo trademark rights over what phrase, writing, “lyrics from songs are more likely to be attributed to the artists who sing, rap or otherwise utter them, rather than the songwriters, who may be different individuals receiving varying degrees of writing credit”?

Hint: An examining attorney initially refused to register Lizzo’s trademark, but now the TTAB reversed that decision.
