Millennial attorneys are getting older, so partnership is easier to see, and it’s a closer ring for them to achieve. Another issue is where we’re sitting in the economy right now. A lot of millennial attorneys have seen folks go in-house and be unhappy, or be unhappy in compensation, or get laid off. That is also a big factor.
