Yiu Tak “Louis” Tao

Supervisory Police Officer Louis Tao died as the result of cancer that he developed following his assignment to the search and recovery efforts at the World Trade Center site following the 9/11 Terrorist Attacks.

Officer Tao had served with the United States Department of Justice – Federal Bureau of Investigation Police for over 25 years. He is survived by his wife, two sisters, stepdaughter, stepmother, niece, and nephew.
