On July 14, the Springfield Police Department in Massachusetts shared a heartwarming experience with 5-year-old Julius Clark, making his dreams come true by appointing him as an honorary junior police officer for the day. Julius is the grandson of Springfield Police Officer James Gagne, who passed away in June.
