We are seeing an uptick in people who want to test in person because of what they’ve heard about the online test. That’s a fairly significant shift to in-person testing, which is not surprising given the experience that people had.
— Mark Murray, a spokesman for the Law School Admission Council, in comments given to Reuters on the increased demand for in-person testing in the wake of the overwhelming technical issues that plagued the latest administration of the remote LSAT. About 2,700 would-be law students will retake the exam this weekend, with 30% switching from a remote testing format to an in-person exam format.
