Bigger may not always be better, but it does mean more money. Since Cravath announced the new scale for associate salaries, the top of Biglaw has been busy putting their size and cash to good use — raising associate salaries.
The latest firm to announce a new compensation scale for associates is White & Case. The firm made $2,828,000,000 in gross revenue last year, making it #7 on the Am Law 100 ranking, so they have the means to match these raises.
The new salary — and bonus — scale at the firm is as follows:
Bonuses will be paid February 14, 2024.
