Revising technology applications in a law firm is never easy, and there are lots of perspectives involved in how those changes are made.
Furthermore, many law firm roles are involved in the process.
That’s why we brought on an entire law firm (!) for this episode of the Non-Eventcast podcast — to talk over how they all make technology updates, as a group.
We’ve got an attorney (Cindy Runge), a lead administrator and paralegal (Peter Fitzgerald), and even a law clerk and future lawyer (Sarah Zweerink), who all weigh in.
The group starts by talking about how they adopted case management software (4:59), including how they were able to integrate that tool with others (13:18).
