I think our story is essentially over. We were able to look at the data over the course of the year and the overwhelming majority of our colleagues are complying. Sitting here in December, I know not everyone loves it, but from the institution’s perspective, we are in a good spot. The way the business is running, this is what I had hoped would happen.

This past spring, the firm announced a mandatory attendance policy that would require attorneys to be present in the office four days each week. Barr reiterated that “most” employees are complying with the firm’s in-office attendance mandate.
