Alina Habba Swimsuit Pic Hopes To Make Up For ‘Not Knowing Rules Of Evidence’

Alina Habba’s making a real mess of Donald Trump’s defamation trial, much to the glee of very online attorneys everywhere. But while she, hopefully, uses the trial delay that she asked for to learn how mistrials work, Trump fans took to social media to brag about her legal prowess.

And by “legal prowess,” we mean this.

That’s Trump’s lawyer? Folks, I think Chris Kise had some work done.

Habba has infamously bragged that she’d rather be pretty than smart, and so far that strategy has worked out for her to the tune of around $1.5M in the first half of 2023 alone (and an additional million or so before that). Whether it keeps her from getting sanctioned is another matter.

As for Biden eating his heart out, he should be more concerned that he will be turned completely inside out by Habba’s gravitational pull since she’s warping the very building behind her in this shot.

Or, you know, it’s horribly photoshopped.

In any event, the story here isn’t the audition for the swimsuit issue of a magazine rapidly going out of business or even clumsy editing. It’s that there seems to be an audience out there for the proposition “more attractive lawyer wins.” Of all the stupid milestones along the decline and fall of the rule of law, this is… another one.

In the meantime, social media offered insightful analysis on the post:

Everyone remembers how great of a litigator Atticus Finch was because of how much time Harper Lee devoted to describing his dynamite cans. https://t.co/GzUVooNikq

Top Chef out here roasting her like it’s a Quickfire challenge.

we need to talk about the unrealistic expectations people have for lawyers, it’s so unfair to expect us to have a bikini body or know the rules of evidence https://t.co/Lc34fDbMjh

Though I guess there’s one shred of positive feedback.
