According to a Harvard Law Review article about the uptake in nationwide injunctions, how many nationwide injunctions — all by Republican judges — were issued against the implementation of Biden administration policies?

Hint: The number is down from the 59 issued against Trump administration policies — but that’s only because judges have shifted to vacating rules, providing the same result with less backlash. The authors note, this “should not mislead: district court judges appear to be striking down executive policies of opposing administrations with unprecedented frequency.”
