These lawyers have to be stopped from practicing law. It’s that simple. They disregarded their oath, they told lies to the court and they spread the ‘Big Lie.’
— David Fink, an attorney who works with The 65 Project, a bipartisan group that has an end goal of disbarring the 100 lawyers who worked on Trump’s post-election lawsuits, offering comment on the cause to Politico. Fink is attempting to get lawyers in Michigan disbarred, including Juli Haller, who filed a case alongside Sidney Powell that was tossed after a judge referred to it as a “historic and profound abuse of the judicial process.” Haller, and others like her, have become, per Politico, “go-to attorney[s] for MAGA extremists.” Haller currently represents alleged members of the Oath Keepers, a far-right vigilante group.
