The salary wars will continue or even escalate, and firms that are not proactive in addressing salary issues could be facing a significant loss of talent.

— The results of the fourth annual LawVision and Iridium Technology (now part of BigHand) law firm profitability survey revealed that 80 percent of respondents say they disagree or are neutral about whether they have a plan to address rising talent compensation. The survey authors describe that as a “major red flag” which could impact the long term health of the firm.
