Breakfast TacoThere’s not been a ton of good news out of Texas lately. The guns, the retrograde abortion laws, the failing energy grid, and Ted Cruz — it’s a big goose egg.

Some call it the most important meal of the day, and imho, it’s the tastiest. I’m talking breakfast people. And Judge Jeffrey Vincent Brown has entered an order that — at least in one case — the trial simply must start with that staple of Tex Mex cuisine: breakfast tacos.

The judge ordered the clerk of the court provide the breakfast tacos to the jury in the U.S. v. Guajardo case, and my only comment is yum.
