Goldstein, who has argued more than 40 cases before the high court, will continue to run SCOTUSblog, and will not give up the practice of law entirely. “I’m not joining another law firm,” he said. “Instead, I’m interested in pursuing business opportunities; I’m an entrepreneur at heart.”
